One of my biggest food cravings has been mac & cheese inside a HEB tortilla. I have been talking about it for months, but never actually got brave enough to try it. The other night we were having chopped brisket w/ tortillas and mac & cheese, so I thought that this would be the night that I try my concoction. Let me tell you... it was DELICIOUS! Better than my brain thought it would be. It was so good that I want to add it to our dinner list.
